There is a database of 227 customers. This database upgrades for servicing and reminds the owner that the customer may need an upgrade from time to time.

Systems now available can link into the smoke alarm, can ring out to outside security if wires are cut, even if system is not activated.

As well as this, the company also offers CCTV systems, some 24 x 7 or intruder activated, linked or not to the alarm system.
