An Imposing long established well presented guest house which we understand was built in 1901 for a doctor and his family. Since 1920's/30's the property has been used as a hotel and undergone extensive improvement in recent years.
Roundham Lodge has achieved a 5 star & silver awards with Enjoy England the official tourist board for England and part of Visit Britain and for 2008 is the only guest accommodation in Paignton with this level of award. The present owners family currently occupy the ground floor accommodation with office/bedroom, shower room (due to be extended as a bathroom) bed sitting room & sun lounge/conservatory. The present owners intend retiring and the business is to be sold as a going concern including fixtures, fittings & furnishings excluding the owners personal effects.
Situated in Roundham a favoured suburb of Paignton close to Paignton Harbour & between Goodrington Beach with Quay West Water Park & Paignton Beach. The town centre, local amenities & bus services are also within easy access.
