The hotel is located in one of south shores prime streets only a 3/4 minute walk to the famous Pleasure Beach and Waterworld leisure parks. As such our customer base each year is comprised entirely from families and couples, with neither the requirement or acceptance of group bookings such as stags and hens. Although only a short distance from the promenade (200 metres), this is far enough away for both the guests and the owners to benefit from a quieter area.
